If you were holding out hope that you might have been the lucky winner of this year’s drawing and thus avoid having to reserve your own hotel room you should check your email now because the winners have been notified. However, if you were not the lucky winner this time, don’t lose heart, hotel rooms are still available at a reduced rate until August 14h.
Spend the most possible time at the game table at WashingCon, not on the train commuting back and forth. Cut out the trip entirely and grab a hotel room at the venue!
The Georgetown University Hotel provides us with a number of rooms available at a discounted rate for convention attendees, but they can’t keep all of those rooms reserved forever. After Wednesday, August 14th, although some rooms may still be available, they will be at the normal full price.
